What is Lacrosse Skool?

Lacrosse Skool is the innovative curriculum developed by Encore Lacrosse in collaboration with some of the world’s best lacrosse players. Our technique based video series, specialty training, clinics, and day camps all center around these training methods that have both stood the test of time, and also challenge the normal routine to give our players a competitive edge in their practice and training.

 

Lacrosse Skool Camps and Clinics

Encore’s Lacrosse Skool Camps and Clinics are the elite training programs hosted by Encore directors, professional coaches and ambassadors.  Our summer camps, clinics, small group and specialty training offer the attention to detail, and commitment to each player that make a huge impact on the field.

Specialty Training

Our training style is a mix of technical and conceptual knowledge implemented through positional clinics, summer camps, and small group sessions. Muscle memory, natural motions, game concepts and athletic performance in each session ensures an all-encompassing methodology.

Summer Camp Curriculum

In order to understand what our clinics and camps are like, we’ve listed below an example of a Summer Camp day:

9:00am- Dynamic Warm Up
9:15am- Rapid Fire Stick Work
9:35am- Positional Stations- Individual Skills
10:00am- Water Break
10:05am- Positional Stations- Individual Offense/Defense
10:35am- Even progression: 1v1 and 2v2
11:00am- Lunch Break

11:45am- Warm Up
12:00pm- Camp wide Wall Ball Contest
12:10pm- Camp wide Game- 3v3 Tennis Ball Touch
12:30pm- Position Stations- Team Concepts
1:00pm- Water Break
1:05pm- Odd Progression Touch Up: 2v1, 3v2, 4v3
1:25pm- 6v6 and Full Field Game Play
1:55pm- Coaches Round Up
2:00pm- End of Camp Day
